Due to the nature of our production process, refunds and returns are limited as described below.

Custom or handcrafted items
Limited editions produced specifically for the customer
This exclusion applies in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.
In such cases we will, at our discretion
Replace the product if possible
Or issue a refund if replacement is not feasible
Proof of damage such as photos may be required.
4. Non Refundable Situations

Minor variations in color, texture or finish resulting from handcrafted or studio production
Delays caused by production schedules for preorders
